Bond attorneys negligence, not regulated, no accountability says provincial council

Case lodged in 2019 was referred to North West Provincial council where the legal practitioner is in practice. The council advised the case will receive deserved attention as soon as investigation committee was appointed. Regular follow-ups confirmed in March 2020 that this case is still to be reviewed due to investigation committee’s members appointments not finalized. Same response at the end of May 2020. On the 22 June 2020 letter issued confirming case closed. Numerous attempts to clarify was not successful, uncer*****y as to 1)action of non adherence to code of legal practice 2)timeframe of committee appointment 3)Review of case 4)what substantiating proof was presented by practitioner to allow closing the case 5)Consistency , commitment, fair and trust and the lacking thereof. It took more than 12 months to have this matter tabled due to committee positions being vacant, but only 10 days to appoint committee, correspond with practitioner, receive feedback from practitioner, review this matter, close this case and informing me in writing. From the letter received not having the facts correct, confirms that valuable time was waisted and the council not regulating the professional code of conduct ito accountability, Allowing the practitioner to continue actions not in her clients nor the banks best interests. dl/***9
