Attorney's refuses to take my instruction.

I had send a complaint against my attorney who is handling my claim from RAF, and I called the LPC if it possible to attend to my matter and I was told that they do not know what to call it when they send to my attorney. Am saying to them my matter is been settled and I want to apply for bridging loan hes refusing to help me, he refuse to give a copy of my settlement n contingency fee that I signed. Am about to loss my car and a house I explained to him and he said I once took him LPC for that he will not assist me in anything.
