Misrepresentation
I contacted legal loans call centre and wanted to enquire about getting a loan. The advisor explained to me that there will be a once off R395 admin fee and after its paid my details would be distributed to their network of over 30 lenders with a success rate of 92% for their clients which was not the case. Only 2 lenders on their system when I logged into my account with 0% success rate on the only 2 lenders supp****. Had I known that their system only supplies 2 lenders I would never have given concent for them to deduct R395 of my account which I dont even have. This kind of misrepresentation is surely not allowed by the Consumer Protection Act and I DEMAND my money paid back to my purely on the basis of MISREPRESENTATION by their advisor!
