debited money from my account

My name is M Y Lefofane and I app**** 4 a loan with Legal Loans and the call center agent told me I qualified for the loan. She took all my details including my bank account details n the agreement was that my first debit order will b on the 25 of March2015, and I was told I needed to call them back so we can finalize the loan. When I called back I was told that I did not qualify and I can't get the loan, and I did not get it but to my surprise Legal loans debited money from my account on the 25 March 2015 and even sent me an SMS thanking me for payment. Please help, I can not pay for sum thing that I did not receive and I need my money back.
