Cancellation of service/debit order

I received an sms from Legal Loans that i pre-qualified for a R60 000 loan on the 10th of Feb.<br> I did not respond, and on the 13th i received a call from them to confirm the R60 000 and to inform<br> me about the once off R395. The phone line quality was very bad, and i told the person on the other side that <br> a couple of times. After he told me about the R395, I said to him that its a lot of money if i dont get a loan, he <br> then said to me i dont have to worry, cause i will receive an sms later the day to confirm that i've been accepted. <br> So i gave him my bank detail, but only received the sms the next day saying that my application has been accepted.<br> In the meantime I've recieved an sms from Bruma Finance that i dont qualify, even after Legal Loans told me today when i phoned them, that the R395 need to be deducted from my account first, before they start looking for a loan.<br> I need the debit order of R395 to be cancelled from my account A.S.A.P - reason to be the same as all other complaints against Legal Loans on Hellopeter: <br> MISREPRESENTATION<br> All same complaints on Hellopeter<br> Sending sms's to people telling them that they qualify for R60 000 ect<br> Just cancell before i take it futher!!
