They are ****mers. I paid them for over five years but they won't represent me and have decided that there no chances of winning the matter. I spoke to Wiseman Cele on 2026-07-21 when he had refused to send a representative for that appearance. Since the magistrate was demanding a specific date when they will send a representative to begin pretrial he said by the 28th of July they will be done with their assessment.and get back to me but he never did until I called him myself. He still told me their assessors are still busy with it knowing very well my matter was going back to court on 07-08-2026 but he will contact them soon to speed it up and get back to me. He never got back to me until I called his office on 2026-08-04. One of his colleagues made me hold for about 5-7 minutes for him then got back and said he was still on the line with another client he will ask him to call me as soon as he is done with that call. The Wiseman Cele never got back to me then I called again almost an hour later and a lady took the call not that first male she CALLED Xolani and told me Wiseman is on leave and only coming back the next day but she will text him so he contacts me first thing when he arrives. That too neve surface but I called again. The Wiseman Cele then told me he was still going to write me a formal letter to inform me that my matter is excluded from the the cover because there is no chance of winning it. He went on to lie and said he tried to reach me two days before 2027-07-31 but I didn't take the call. He went as far as saying he sent me an email to that effect which is also an utter lie. When I asked him to put me through to cancelations department he said he couldn't he can only ask them to call me back back which I refused because I knew they are not trustworthy. I called their customer service and they put me through cancelations. The lady I got there asked for my details to get to my profile and when it to my email address she gave me an incorrect email address whereas from the time I started communicating the matter with them they had my. Correct email address. She went on to say I must sned them an email because they do not do cancelations telephonically and they take 30 days to cancel.
