********** debit orders

I have been communicating with you Gino from Legal Eagle since August 2020.They lodged a debit order without my permission under false pretense. I think that I have given them enough time to cancel the debit order and pay my money back but they just keep on taking money. I have left messages but Gino never responds always has some excuse. How do I resolve this? I want my funds back, my bank can't stop it and legal eagle is refusing too.
