Do not waste your money or time on Legal Courier Services

My husband passed away 2 months ago and needed to register his deceased estate. I have never done this before, and I am really anxious about the process. So when it came to delivering his original will to the Master's Office, I decided to consult a "specialised", dedicated courier team for the delivery of legal documents. I couldn't just give this precious will away and risk it being mishandled.

I found Legal Courier Services, and what an absolute pathetic company. Not only do they charge nearly 4 times the price of typical courier companies, they do not communicate at all, they dump the actual courier service on to a different company, they need to be emailed and called over and over for responses to queries, they expect you to pay for their mistakes, and they don't give refunds even if they promise to do so.

Just picture this: there is a driver of some random courier company called Bex outside my door asking for the parcel. They don't know what the parcel is and they have also never heard of Legal Courier Services. The Legal Courier Services representatives don't answer your emails or calls to clarify what is happening. Would you feel comfortable to handover an irreplaceable document like your beloved husband's will? And would you be happy when Legal Courier Services still expects to be paid for this?

Please just use another company - I went to The Courier Guy, paid a fraction of the price and the will was safely delivered by the following day.
