Worst Office ever, 2nd time this is happening

I have written a review on this before and the same thing is happening, I have called so many times for the lawyer to call back regarding my Dad's divorce, he is deaf so I would have to call all the time. I would even have to take off of work to go into the office which is losing me money. I have called into the office so many times and have left my number and no one bothers to call back.
