Why is it a struggle for them to help me

On the 18th of August I wrote a review of my divorce case that you are suppose to help me with. Mr. Jonkers at the head courters in Kimberly I am really disappointed in the service that I'm receiving. Nothing has happened up until today. Today I called them and Belinda told them that she give me a letter to give to my husband but she never did. Please Mr Jonkers with tears in my eyes I ask to do something to this because I don't wanna be still be married to this guy in 2021. I'm struggling for a lot of years now to get divorce. Please help me please!!!
