WANT A COURT DATE

Nearly 4 months ago he tok my case from Durban, I am busy with my divorce and he had to get a court date, and every week i will email him and ask if he received a date yet and he say no, he doesnt do any effort to found out why it takes so long and when will i have a date. Please i need this case off my back now so i can go on with my life.<br> <br> Thanks
