unfair service

I need URGENT assistance as i am faced with a huge consumer right cheat situation by an organization called LOANHUB. I feel i have been ****med by the above mentioned organization were I had requested online assistance on any available loans.

With the online process you cannot proceed without ticking on their terms and conditions, which I had conducted.

What is upsetting me LOANHUB had deducted R399 without my consent including monthly deduction of R99, whereby they kept changing the reference numbers, which I found a bit *****. This is really frustrating for me as it is really holding me back in terms of my finances or to even apply for house bond due to the organization that has deliberately blacklisted me.

This organization Lifestyle are even sending me non-stop emails on summons which I feel is not far on their side.

The last draw now they have blacklisted me and summoning me with letters from their lawyers to pay R1500 on a service or product I have not received, i would like to know if this is legal?
