Super bad service
It sad that people like us with no money put so much trust in LegalAid only to go to prison. My brother is rotting in prison because a LegalAid representative from Roodeport cout(H) told the Magistrate that he didn't read my brother's transcripts. And my brother asked him to send he's case to high Court but still he dI'd not. After some many phone calls and complains still there is no fit back. He also tried from his side and send complainsome from prison no luck. During appeal we were assisted by Brian Matlephe who was very helpful and within a blink of an eye it was already in court until same one said he didn't read any transcripps. can anyone please help.

n August I layed the same complain and I was told 2 call ***, which I did and spoke to Phanny Madiga who assured me that an investigation will be on the way. Every time when I call he is not in the office I must call back after 5min after that 5min it's another one. No one in that office knows about my complain and I have no reference.
Please please help me
