Service delivery

Service delivery is not on point Opened a civil case late 2017, till today 20 December 2018 still in the same spot, why?? Myself have to do follow ups even am told no will call you, no you don't have an appointment, then I ask myself why should I make one as it seems no one is actually prepared to tackle my case.

They keep posponding my case due to stuff has left or resigned or maternity yet you never told.

Went on November to find out how far - told same thing again as before but this time info was added. Told I'll have to take out cash for a sheriff to be sent to investigate went back again, she's no longer working with them, must wait, again and again till when.

Lost my job through the accident, my life is a mess, and a friend of mine told me about legal aid and how great they are. Honestly my self had the worse service ever.
