Rude consultant - Legal Aid Cape Town branch

I am appalled and disgusted by how one of your consultants treated me on an eviction matter that I thought I’d get help on.

I received a call from Xoli Ngama (not sure if that’s her correct name) from Legal Aid Cape Town after booking an appointment with your call centre.

The consultant was not interested in helping me instead she was rude, ******** and arrogant. She was annoyed every time I asked questions and kept telling me I had to listen to her and that her word is final. She is giving Legal Aid a bad name if she’ll continue treating clients with so much disrespect.
