Poor Service Upington Legal aid

My divorce case was finalized in February 2021. Got my decree only to find out that it was not stipulated that i am entitled to my ex husband's pension money. Went to Legal aid Upington where a consultation was scheduled with Mr Olyn in the first week of May. Went to consult and Mr Olyn explained the procedure to me that since the divorce was uncontested an order must be made to the High Court where the final divorce order was granted. Therefore a statement from my side needed to be provided with the reasons why i didn't not contest and why the order needs to be done. Most of what he said was very vague so i had to use my own discretion as to what he actually meant or wanted to say. Somewhere in July i called the legal aid offices to enquire on the progress of this matter since no one is getting back to me. And i was given a date again to go and see Mr Olyn. On my arrival Mr Olyn helped me draft the statement again... that was drafted in May. He said he will keep me posted. In September i called the office again to enquire and Mr Olyn was either not on office or at court but after leaving several messages still no one got back to me. I decided to call Bloemfontein legal aid to ask whether they received something from Upington regarding my case and at that stage nothing was received. In November i got a call from a total different person asking for the contact details of gepf for what i don't know because the Mister was very impatient and partly rude. I need serious intervention in this matter because i do honestly not think that the procedure can take so long. My ex husband is maintaining our two daughters R1500 who are aged 14 and 15. I am unemployed and struggling alot.
