Poor Customer Care assistance at Legal Aid

I needed assistance with a rental matter and electricity being cut. I went into the krugersdorp branch but did not get any response or assistance to my matter. The adviser that assisted me did not really helped me and to me did not sound very experienced. I am till today still waiting for assistance regarding my matter. This is involving children and i really dont understand how it can be like that because the justice centres does not care about services rendered. You guys really are not there to assist me and that breaks my heart because where do we go for justice if legal aid does not help. I cant take off from work every day to go and sit at the office for nothing.
