More then 4 years and still is married

12 February 2018 Like I explained in my previous post about how long I wiuld love it if you can deal with this matterggleto get divorve so here is all the details with the lawyerpostponedmes at the bellville branch in Durban road Cape Town.

Like i said i started my proses in 2016 and Mrs Klein was allocated to represent me. So in October of 2017 after briefing and give details why i want to devorce we had our first meeting where my husband was informed to come and meet us at here office to discuss the matter but unfortanately he didnt show up. So there i decided to go forward without him. She said she will get a court date and let me know.

12 february 2018 was our first court date and my husband lawyer called the court and said he want the house to be sold and the case was postponed. Several weeks i called but everytime she is in court. I then lay a complain at Mr February. Mrs Klein then called me and told me that she tried to call my several times but could not get hold of me and she closed the case which is a lie she knows how to get hold of me.

29 August 2018 I received a letter to be at there office and Mrs Casing was appointed to me and I had to go through all the proseses over again. I met with here on 30 August 2018 but could not see here because she was to busy. I tried calling them but every time they are not there or are to busy but i kept on trying. 6 December 2019 i was informed to be at Bellville court where i met a third lawyer mrs Kiesky where she wrote a letter that i signed that i wont contest my husband decision to sell the house. She then promised that she will call me in January 2020 with a new court date. I phone a lot of times but everytime they promise they will call back but they didnt until now.

I am really tired and unhappy about how they deal with my situation and would love if you can see the urgency in my situation because my life is standing still because they dont do there job. From here i am going to the ombudsman.

Just called your call centre nd a lady called Carla assisted me. I explained to her the situation and mentioned to her that we complain here on hello peter and that no one has made contact. Her response Is. "Why do you run to hello peter they can do nothing for you we have a call centre that can deal with it and give feedback after 14 days".

The way she sound is like she dont give dam about hello peter. Looks like i will have to wait another 4 years luckily by then i will be 56 and lonely. Thank you so much for proofing that our legal aid system is lacking and thanks to Carla for showing that im not important.
