Legal Aid Unavailable For Assistance

Please help me. I reported a case in Legal Aid (Ermelo - Mpumalanga) together and/or on behalf of my father Moses Nkosi on the 3rd of June 2021, Ref number X***.

First week of July 2021 I started following up on the case phoning *** Ermelo branch and never got hold of anyone till today, I then phoned the Johannesburg number *** for assistance, they referred me to the Regional office ***, to do follow up with them - I still did not get hold of anyone there,

Please help me. I need to know what is happening with the case so far, my father is old and a pensioner, he wishes to know the feedback or update regarding the case since it has been almost two months now.
