Legal Aid South Africa Lawyer with only a Grade 12 certificate

BAD SERVICE EVER. My family's Estate Court case in the Polokwane High Court has dragged for the passed five (5) years. In the last court case attended, the judge asked the opposition lawyer a simple question, where did the deceased (my Father reside) when he died, the opposition lawyer **** in court and said the deceased was staying with his first wife, while we gave proof to our legal aid lawyer that my father was staying with the one and only lawful wife (my mother). Our Lawyer could not even stand up and say Objection, so he can present the Court with the Title deed that proves that my Father had only one home with my Mother and that's where he was residing. Today as I write this, my Father's Taxi Business is being run by his Ex wife who had already moved on with another Man and had children with the man long before my Father died.
