LEGAL AID SOUTH AFRICA DURBAN IS TERRIBLE

My father past away in 2018 and his estate is being dealt with at LEGAL AID SOUTH AFRICA DURBAN branch. They service is the worst they don't attend to what they need to do at all, and they are never available at they office. Always being told to leave my number they will call and they never call, when they finally do call they ASK "HOW CAN I HELP You" instead of giving an update on the case. The letter of authority is in they name and they know I can not do anything with out them. However they keep making my life a living hell, I need to get things sorted and move on with my life, I need them to get a taxis clearance at Sars for my late father been asking them for the past 9 months now for one thing and I have never had any feedback or response from Mr Zondi Team, they keep promising that one of they team member Athenkosi Mehlomakhulu will call me but nothing in these 9 months I have only had 1 phone call from her and she had nothing to tell me.

I have made complaints but no feedback even your complaints process is bad.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HELPING US BUT THEY ARE STRAIGHT OUT ABUSING THE PEOPLE THAT NEED THEY HELP. HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS IS A CONSTANT REMINDER THAT I LOST A PARENT MY FAMILY AND I NEED TO THIS TO BE SORTED SO WE CAN MOVE ON WITH OUR LIVES.
