Legal Aid more like Legal torture

On the 12 of July legal aid contacted me. I had no idea who they were. They sound professional and ONLY offered to review my intrest on my accounts, nothing more. I asked numerous times if this was the only process and the answer was yes. Now I've been put under dedt review. Which I dont require. They don't answer their phones or emails as I tried to cancel this process. They dont reply to emails. My accounts are frozen at the bank and I have no access to them. We running out of food and electricity in my home. We a siingle income home. I am in dire position at this moment due to this company
