Legal aid lawyer

Was at legal aid the lawyer there was not very nice did not sound to me that he knows what his doing. Did not even ask me about my case just said I waited to long to come to them but he will see what he can do.. As he must know it was level 5 for a long time and their were not meeting with much people because of covid. High court sent me to legal aid to do things and they do not even do what high court said they must do. I did not even get a word in. If the lawyers at legal aid do not want to work and be nice to the people they help that is in real need then stop working there.
