Legal Aid Benoni bad service
Good day Wilma I would like to launch a formal complaint against Justice Ma***i and Silindile Hlatshwayo at Legal Aid Benoni and Wilma at the provincial office, due to negligence to assist me or grant me an appointment since Mr. Ludwe accepted my case on 24 January 2019. According to the Magistrate court I have visit this morning Justice Ma***i from Legal Aid Benoni is supposed to draft the documentation to be submitted to the Magistrate court before they can issue a summons to the company implicated in the law suit. With my visit to the Benoni Office Wednesday 20 February 2018 Justice Ma***i also made rasesist commends/remarks regarding me “ These whites” towards other colleges as well accused me of swearing at the receptionist which I did not. He then told me he will not go and find my files consist of the more that 700 pages or assist me regarding neither will he grand me an appointment and I must give my name and number to the receptionist due to he has the POWER in the Benoni Office when the I will be contacted for a 5 minute appointment to maybe assist me regarding my claims. Ever since my email 17 February 2019 he also refuse to reply on my emails.

Mr. Ludwe suggested on the 24th January 2019 that I need to book a 2 hour appointment with the person my case will be allocated to due to the complex activity of the case. Mr. Ludwe also said that the person who my case will be allocated to will contact me on the 25th or 28th of January 2019 for an appointment, yet 3 weeks later I still waiting to be contacted. The email of Silindile Hlatshwayo ********** also indicated that I will be contacted yet nothing is happening.
May I please have urgent assistance.

Good day I was with Mr. Ludwe on the 24 January 2019 regarding a Civil matter against Nexgen my previous employer the case has been accepted and he informed me that a case worker/lawyer will contact me on the 25th or Monday the 28th of January 2019 regarding an appointment. Along with the 3 files I handed to him it was also suggested by him, if I am contacted for an appointment I must request a 2-3 hour appointment due to the fact that the case are very complicated.
