Involved in car accident on December 2017.All relevent documents handed in on 14 January 2018 as required.Since then,I am retired and at 81 years live in an "old age"home and live off a sassa pension,must phone their office on a regular basis,mobile phone of course,to enquire about my case and to date only three return calls from a different attorney every time.The person who ran a red light was seen by five witnesses,people we have never met,and this infirmation was also handed in at the legal aid office.My question is who can I approach if I am not happy with my treatment,The Law Society? Would appreciate any help I can get as this case is dragging on so long and my wife and I are suffering.
