Legal Aid?

On March 6,2024 sent SALegal aid head office, Jo'burg an email complaining about the Bellville office and the treatment I have been receiving since 2018 from all the various attorneys that have had this case and misleading information I received. This is the third time I have had to approach head office hoping it would help. The following attorneys have been handling my case: Ms Pretorius -February 2018 who spoke to me and referred me to Ms Forbes who took down my statement about the motor vehicle accident in March 2018. A new attorney Mr Cassiem has been appointed -October 2018 and with whom I had only one contact. Ms Burricks-September 2019 had one contact with her. Head of Bellville office -Mr Mdudzi Xaba-January 2020. On May 26,2022 he came to the old age home where I am a resident to apologize for the lack of feedback I was receiving snd to inform me of the case files that went "missing"at the court but all this information was still on computer in the Bellville office? "New" attorney Ms Ronelle Arendse - February 2020 and no contact from her at all. "New" office manager -February 2020. Mr Diedericks also no contact with him "New"attorney Mr Francious Jaques van As -May 2021 and with whom I had one contact. "New" attorney Ms.D.Fillis-Nkvember 9 2022. Seems as if I keep getting the same information about Sheriff of the court, Default judgements and Warrent of execution. Promises to keep in touch with me but unless I email or whatsapp her it may take a day or two before I hear from her Has promised to email me the "steps"taken to have the guilty person pay up but still waiting. On February 29 at 09:00 she phoned me and promised again but no email. Once again as happened on November 13,2023,when she told me that her area was in loadshedding but as soon as they were back she would email me,never done. On February 29 had to email and whatsapp her but no email. Received 2 calls,one at 10:32 and 11:25 on March 4 but could not call back because of not having airtime. On March 5 sent email to her requesting a resend of the emails she is supposed to be sent on February 29 and which I did NIT receive . A name of a person I do not know of Taahira Prinsloo appears in an email I received informing me that this email was sent on February 29. I have now decided to email head office Jo'burg again but won't hold my breath for anything to change unless a "new"attorney is appointed.
