Lack of professionalism and service delivery

I app**** for an urgent spoliation order against my landlord on 5 November 2021. Since then I have been given empty promise upon assistance. They level of professionalism is below standard. Everytime I go to their offices they do not attend my matter and have an attitude upon service. I have suffered a huge loss and live in straining conditions.
