It’s been 9 months and I have not been told anything about my letter of authority!!

I have been waiting for feed back from Legal aid with regards to getting my letter of authority to add an estate, from October last year no one has called to tell me what is happening and every time I call I never find the lawyers, they are never at the office and the don’t reply to my emails. I do not know what to do know, cause when I ask the receptionist as to how long does it take to get a letter of authority I am told that it only takes a month but it has been 9 months and I haven’t heard anything from legal aid. Are they even working or just getting paid to do nothing??!!

Poor poor poor service really, don’t know WHY the master capture is even working along with this legal aid!!
