Funds held by legal aid

My experience with legal aid germiston was the worst, I've filed a claim 3years back when my mom passed on her money was frosen by standard bank and we followed all the process and we were referred to legal aid till today we've been calling their office but we don't get help the receptioniost even knows us and makes sure she delays our calls we can call the whole week but we get 1chance to speak to Mr Makhobe who is dealing with our case and he keeps giving us stories and promises that are not there me n my siblings are struggling we sometimes go to bed with an empty stomach we use the last money to email different documents they keep asking for more they told us that money will be in our accounts in 48 hours and that was in first week of February 2022 after waiting for 3good years we escalated the matter to his supervisor but we still can't get help, hope is gone every day goes by looking at my phone for that notification that will help me feed my siblings that will make my Lil brother to look like other kids at school.
