Drunken Driving claim freez.

<p>I R.P. Mobey on the 29-05-2015 went to Legal Aid Pinetown, KZNin for assistance in order to reclaimed expenses in a drunken driver that wrote off my car. The Mr. P. Naidoo was the driver and was summons to court and did not attend so default judgment was issued against him. A further summons to attach his assets has not been delivered by the sheriff in Chatsworth, KZN as it is said that he is not register for payment. This is one the many excuse for some +/- 10 months now and has progressed no further. On asking a new attorney at the beginning of the year named Mrs. Taryn. The head of the department is Mr. Gazo in the Pinetown branch. She said that is was unknown as to when the sheriff would be registering and there was nothing that could be done I just had to wait for ever as she indicated or presumed. </p>
