Complaint about funds not received and legal aid not assisting

Please note that my sister passed in June 2018 and up until now funds have not been realised for the 2 kids she left behind. One has been in pillar to post with no progress at all. I started in August 2018 at Empangeni with Mr Sibeko at legal aid and he had mentioned my documents have transferred to Durban office and processed to Durban office in October 2018 where you met Nokuthula Mhlongo who asked for the documents and also who stays with the kids. October 2020 you went to court with the date provided by Nokuthula Mhlongo. I then got a copy of letter of authority & a letter with a case number from Nokuthula Mhlongo. In July 2023, I received a call from Ms Nkwanyana who introduced herself as the social worker from legal aid asking me to come at Mtubatsi’s court with the kids so that they can see them, the kids were interviewed and she confirmed that she was done will all that needed. In January 2024 I went to legal aid again to enquire a d the person that I got there took my numbers and promised to later communicate with me and he never did( do not remember the name). I tried calling again no response and I even further requested Ms Nkwanyana to check who also had difficulties in getting hold of the legal aid representative. Apparently the letter of authority has a name provided which is the person that needs to be helping me to claim the all these funds. I am not sure why he or she was one written on the letter of authority as I believe that it should been myself since I am staying with the kids and looking after them as their guardian. At this stage I cannot claim from Sanlam and Metropolitan due to this letter of authority that has thus name who has never contacted me. The kids are suffering because of these back and forth, no assistance has been received to date. 6 yrs later kids are suffering g because of people not doing their jobs. It is really disheartening.
