My name is Mbalentle Mnisi I had approach Legal aid in Benoni asking for assistance with an eviction letter years ago if not 6 or more years ago and I haven’t been assisted only to find out that my case has been declared Closed! How ? I don’t know then I went back to ask for all my Documents that were in my file it’s almost going for two years now when I call the calls are not being answered a lady named Sharon said she’d assist me and she gave me her office number which is never answered it rings all day long from 2022 now it’s 2023 .Today I called this morning around 08h28 I got directed to her office with no availability as usual I Just want my documents only I’m really ok with not getting their help I need The Letter of Authority that’s in my file I don’t know what to do now 🤦♀️
