Car accident

Since August 2020 after last contact with Attorney nobody has bothered to inform me of what has happened to my case against the person who caused the accident. Phoned the legal aid number *** at various times but get no answer. Cannot afford to call their "please call me" number as I cannot afford airtime as I live off a sassa old age pension and in a home for the aged. How do I get help for something that is dragging on for more than 3 year's? Case number 3501/18 with all necessary avadavits was provided with witnesses names etc so what is stll necessary?
