Biased/Prejudiced/******. REFUSAL FOR LEGAL AID ASSISTANCE TO VULNERABLE SENIOR CITIZENS

Legal Aid Krugersdorp Refused both applications for the High Court due to Merits. My case have a lot of Merits. They referring to the Lease being on my daughters name hence I gave them Evidence that my daughter Gave me the Legal Rights to handle my own Case Cause I was Liable to pay my own Expenses. No Justice for Vulnerable Senior Citizens & teh Poor. How can Supervisor Shude Refuse a Vulnerable Senior Citizens application for ******** Online Eviction Order & Unfair HT Ruling? Refused to give Valid reasons I . writing. He siad he doesn't have to. They sent automated Sms informing me it was Refused due to LA9. That I had to visit their offices for reasons. When I visited I was given Various reasons from time frame to No Merits. Hence my cases have Plenty Merits which I submitted to Paralegal Phuleng. Supervisor Shude was Unprofessional, irritated & aggressive. He claims he doesn't have to give me Valid reasons in writing. His superior Ms Soji wasn't of Any help either. She called me for an interview only to get me to sign the LA9 form on the 12/9/24. Hence the form was dated the 10/9/24 & signed by herself. They work Back to Front because supervisor Shude told me to Appeal his Refusal last week Monday 9/9/24 which I emailed to the Provincial offices in Pretoria. I was supposed to receive the LA9 form first which all of them Refused to give me. Their Reasons where Not Valid reasons as they could've approved it as the deadline dates where due. All Delaying Tactics Not to assist Vulnerable Senior Citizens. My 2nd matter Housing Tribunal Review also Refused due to the Same reasons. The reason that my daughter is the Lease Holder was an Excuse as I gave them written Confirmation that she handed over all legal matters to myself to Defend. Time frame, we were Never Ever Served any Notices to Oppose the matter. The HT Review I have All evidence in my file. They referred me back to the HT. The HT refers.e back to Legal Aid. I feel they have a Grudge against me for Reporting their Misconduct & Refusing a Vulnerable Senior Citizen. I also emailed the CEO in Braamfontein to Expose them because I saw plenty people being Refused. Our Democratic Right to Obtain assistance which LA employees are Depriving us. Afterall the legal fees gets paid by our government. The why are they Depriving the Vulnerable Senior Citizens and Poor? Supervisor who cannot read English documents who asked the reception guy Pule to read documents from my file. Horrible service. **************/Biased/******. What do clients do who doesn't know where to Report this ********* behaviour of the Legal Aid Employees? Something must be done regarding Refusing of applications. Their applications also Drag for long periods that clients give Up or manage their cases by themselves. What is Legal Aid therefor?
