Bad Service from Legal Aid Upington

Ronald Thabo Olyn of Legal Aid in Upington is ***********, unprofessional and quite frankly rude. He has been dragging a case between myself and his client for a little less then 2 years now. After numerous efforts to get hold of him, I had to contact the regional office, to get the Upington office and finally him to get back to me. We have been in communication since February 2021 and to date got nothing but excuses from Mr. Olyn. After numerous emails to him and phone calls to the Upington branch and his client, he keeps on telling me that he has scheduled a meeting with his client and await instructions or he will contact her. I contacted his client on the same days he was suppose to contact her, only to be told that the phone call never happened. This divorce case is now dragging for close to 2 years, despite me and his client spoke about and agreed to a settlement in order to finalise the matter. It appears that Mr. Olyn cannot handle the pressure of his work and therefore becomes rude when pressured. I have emails to prove if need be.
