Attorney non feedback

January 6,2024 emailed head office to lodge a complaint against the attorney Ms D, Fillis of the Bellville office. Reply received on January 16,2024 to go to https://legal-aid.co.za/complaints -or-compliments.which was on hellopeter.com. Did as required but the form which appears on this site is as follows. "Please provide your matter reference number(this starts with an X} My question is where and how do I obtain this reference number if I did not get one? In the meantime the attorney in my complaint promised my wife that she would contact me at 15:00 on January 17 over the telephone which she did not do,as usual. This morning,very early,I emailed Ms Fillis and let her know how I felt about the treatment all my previous attorneys that were handling my case and that this was not acceptable to treat me as she is doing too So far no response from her so wait to see what happens or if I should approach the Law Society of South Africa . Tried to get the name of the Bellville office manager but seems as if nobody wants to provide this information.
