An absolute joke

I’ve repeatedly asked about eligibility for weeks with no response. They call me back, but if I miss it, my return calls go straight to voicemail. I have no idea what they actually do there. Like many public services in SA, inept, inefficient, and purely bureaucratic. Frustrating, disappointing, and utterly dysfunctional, it shouldn’t even exist.
