Alexandra Legal Aid is the worst.

Legal Aid is depresses people more with *********** lawyers/advocates. I went to magistrate court and they referred me to high court and high court said I must get a lawyer and I went to legal aid...instead of legal aid helping the employee send me again to magistrate court and tells me they cannot help me. We went back and fourth telling him that I can't keep going around in circles and he has to give me contacts of head office so that I can clear advice what I'm supposed to do but he refused. (This guy's can raise a voice on someone but when you show them that you also can raise your voice it now becomes a problem for them) anyways matter referred to Head of office who pretty much supported the subordinates statement and I told him I'm psd because they are sending me around in circles but I need the head office number ofwhich he refused to give me but showed me the door.

I googles the numbers and called head office and they guy clearly understood what I was saying and told me that I should let them know that it's a high court case and they should help me(I need a court order). And I told the guy at reception to pass on the message but instead the head of office told me I should tell them to send him an email before I can get any help from him.

It's really frustrating that the head of office right down to subs don't know what matters are for magistrate and which ones are for high court. Just shows that we the unemployed are being let down by *********** staff.
