Absolute shocking service from Legal-Aid SA

I have a labour case going on from 2016. I have no joy as each year that goes by there nothing is happening. My frustration starts from last year until now. Every time I email the lawyer assisting he is waiting for the registar. Eventually I called legal aid helpline to complain and then another lawyer that was higher he started to assist. But it's been 5 months and no feedback.i can send emails and cc them both and they just won't respond. Even if i call in and leave a message no one calls me back and its so upsetting I sent plenty of emails within a month and not 1 has decided to call back after a failed team's meeting that was suppose to be on the 12 September, i do not even know what they wanted to address. I need someone that is higher that can look into this case. Get me a court date because this has been dragging on for to long. And I will keep on calling the kzn helpline until someone takes this as Urgent.
