1 year & 9 months still waiting for just a letter of authority from Legal Aid SA, so stressful

In 2021 February the magistrate court referred us to this Legal Aid SA to assist us to get a letter of authority so we can have access to our late father's banking profile. Since then we've only received one communication where they requested for our email address.

What is very bad is that when we call we are told that they're working on the it. All we wanted now was to get the letter so that we can be able to pay for our late father's car license disc that expired in September 2021, since then, the authorities do not want to allow us to pay for the disc until we get the letter of authority. You can imagine the fees by now. It is so painful.
