Unkept promises, being incosiderate to customers

I bought a house with Legae Properties last year, started the whole process in August, was contacted by the bank in September for the necessary documents and i was granted 90% home loan, which i had to pay the balance to the lawyers, which i did. In their advert, they clearly state that after the bank approve the loan application, which was September. 1. the house plan that i was shown initially, is different from what the house is looking like now, I made peace with that. 2. They stand they showed me was wrong, only should me the right stand after i signed with the lawyers, I took that as well. 3. I was suppose to move in December but the house was not complete, i understood. 4. I explained to them that my rent lease was expiring month end of Jan and i needed to move in, that did not happen. 5. the house has been complete for a while, i am homeless, I am staying with friends, have to pay storage space for my furnisher. I explained all this and still Gideon from Legae Properties does not care. I have signed the happy letter with the developer but still Gideon refuse to allow me to move in, despite the fact that i am loosing over 9K per month on accomodation and storage space,help
