Horrible service and traumatic experience

On the 1st of November 20h00, I arrived at the emergency unit with a broken foot finger, the Doctor on duty was a young lady not sure about the surname but it was either Venda, or Nigerian with glasses 🤓. She was mean, rude and full of herself, she had no time for me even after she received x-ray results, i sat there on my bed crying with pain and she just ignored me and filled reports without attending me . Even though the nurses reminded her to attend to me. When she finally decided to help me she had no remorse. She forced to relocate my toe finger without giving me any painkillers even though I screamed with pain she continued and did it 3times . I will never go there again. I have trauma and fear of that hospital.
