Poor CEO and a very bad Company since they change ownership

The owner is just one word rude. Doesn't follow rules and think he is above the law. He should pay out my leave pay, he gave me instructions to open files i had to buy all the stationary it cost me an arm and a leg. I gave him the slips to reimburse me......his feedback he didn't approve it. It's a lousy Company who are quick enough to want money but they don't pay.
