Been trying for 15 days to cancel an Order I didn't see the exchange rate to.

I ordered a ring on legacy timepieces website in the evening on 31 October 2017 I admit I did not see the exchange rate was pounds. The next morning I saw the amount on the email they sent and immediately answered the email asking to cancel the order. They say it takes 2 days to process order so this was not an issue

I have sent close to 12 emails to the email address they have on the email and website. all i get in response is:

Our shipping takes up to 60 uk working days

I was not asking about shipping at all. It has now been 15 days and no resolution, I can submit screen grabs of the order time and my cancellation.

Please help!!
