Hell with an Estate Agent

Ncamiso Mkhonta approached me to bring his clients to see my flat for renting purposes. He told me he belonged to an agency, where the office was and that " they" would remove a bad tenant and then find another. None of the facts are true. I am left in a disastrous situation with a tenant who refuses to pay rent for 2 months now and never paid his electricity Bill's or finished paying his deposit. This man tells me to get an eviction order knowing that mat take a year! My supposed agent does not answer my calls or messages and has been no help at all. Rather dumped me in an appalling and scary situation. I am trying to sell and cannot under the circumstances. I am an elderly white woman and this is my only income. The police say they cannot help, same with courts. Any advice please whatsapp ***
