hi I am disappointed bylmg motors

I bought my A200 via LMG motors in October and there was no spare key, I requested spare key documents from absa for the key four months later there is no communication from them i keep on calling they called I called no one is responding at all

this is bull**** i regret buying a car there

Is the anyone who can assist am I ever gonna get the key or not
