Poor work manship lack of expertise and experience

This is a bmw dealer you don’t have to take you vehicle to them. I took my car to this company only to damage it. When the car got to them the problem was heater turning its self on and blow the heat inside without control .the took the car for one day and they say the car is fix. Within 3 hours of driving it I called them and Informed them that the problem is not fixed. They booked the car in for two day. They said they are loading newsoft ware and run it over night. The problem was u. Resolved.i spoke to the workshop manager about my unsatisfactory whereby he shows no will to understand and lack of understanding of the car electronics and what the car have to do. The guy was clueless and. Put the company first than the customer. The Qoute was given again on top of the payment I did . I was unhappy and the workshop manager never care or seems not interested . Then the 2. Day the car redio and head unit died . I called them and WhatsApp then rate them bad with no response. The damage my car from working condition to dead . Don’t trust this people with your car , they are money collector. Unprofessional and quick to load software when they struggle with fault and destroy your car
