Failure to fix rim

On the 3rd of September 2021 I went to get my rim fixed at LMG Montana. I was assured it is fixed and I paid R1200 for it. Two weeks later my tyre was flat and I assumed it is a tyre and I kept putting air on it until I got frustrated and had it checked I realised it was the rim again and mind you I had bought all 4 tyres for my car brand new in January (run flats- Bridgestone) as a result my tyre was beyond repair. I went to LMG again on the 30th of September and they said they’ll fix the rim again at no cost but they can’t compensate for my tyre since I didn’t buy it at LMG if I had bought it there they would have replaced it. I left and bought another tyre to replace the damaged one mid September.

During the week I realised that my tire is always flat, I had it checked out and still, same cracks at the same place. Which also damaged the new tyre I bought mid-September. I took it to someone else who fixed my rim crack last year and has been intact. I should have taken it to him initially the reason I used LMG was because I was servicing my car at BMW Montana so it was close by. I am on crutches with no backup car and I needed to use my car I couldn’t wait nor travel with it to LMG for the 3rd time for the same reason it’s about 30 minutes drive and I couldn’t risk it. I basically suffered loss from R1200 paid at LMG and two permanently damaged brand new tyres after the rim was supposedly fixed. I would like to request a refund for my money paid because they didn’t do what they were supposed to do on my car and I paid again yesterday when I was fixing it somewhere else.
