Bumper bash and no car going on 3 months BMW Montana sucks

Do not ever take your vehicle to BMW on Sefako M Drive they are useless, my vehicle went it for a slight bump on the back bumper I can share pics to show how menial the damage is my car has been there for two months, I called to find out what delay was and I was told to wait for paint. I asked how long does paint take and I was informed they don't know I then asked for a time line on my car because from experience how long does it take to spray a flippen bumper. I was told after two weeks my car is ready however its a company vehicle thus we need the quote to be sent to us, its been a week and just to have a quote sent has driven me to hello peter. The damage on my car was literally nothing and to wait two months May will be the third month, so am I going to wait another month for someone to press the send button for a quote? Do yourself a favour SA and just go else where maybe they are treating me this way because I am non white who knows
