Legacy Lifestyle have now *******ly retained my personal information for 10 years - I have requested numerous times you remove all my personal information, yet you continue to spam me. On Monday I will be submitting a POPI complaint.

According to our records you joined Legacy Lifestyle in February 2015. Your account was linked by you to one of our partners, hence the communication that you received from us. The information that we send you is in respect of the Cash-Back rewards that you have earned when shopping at our partners. The information that we send you is transactional information and not marketing communications. We only retain information that has been provided to us, and we retain such information per the legislation laid out in the POPIA Act. We are confident that we have followed the letter of the law.

I have repeatedly told you not to retain my personal information. I have repeatedly told you not to contact me.
According to your details I joined in February 2015 - and accord to your records how many times have I told you to remove my details? Are you telling me I was not contacted by Legacy Lifestyle last year January, specifically Christelene Fouche - who gave me her assurance that my so called account is closed, and I would not be contacted again?
I have it in writing that I have told you multiple times you do not have permission to process my information - I have also told you numerous times you do not have permission to RETAIN ANY OF MY INFORMATION.
I do not have a Dischem card, my wife does - between yourselves and Dischem you have somehow mixed up details as I was the primary policy holder with Liberty.
Between yourselves and Dischem - you are sharing information with me that is not even mine.
